They also assure that maintaining online classes “allows to accelerate the pace of execution of fundamental works” that will make “a safer campus” and guarantee that, after the Easter vacations, the teaching activity will be resumed in the planned hybrid mode and exams can also be held on campus.
Social networks have echoed the discontent of part of the student body, although the decision had been agreed with the student associations, according to the University. Some student representatives, such as the Saó union, recognize that the works “are necessary for the improvement of the university and its operation”.

On the basis of the CEV-UV agreement, the Vice-Deanship of Business Relations of the Faculty of Economics -Dr. Manuela Pardo del Val- invite us to participate in their next employment and entrepreneurship forum.
Therefore, if your company plans to hire staff or offer training practices, you can participate as an exhibitor in the Employment Forum and thus have an information stand and a talk-presentation from which to optimize your approach to students who are heading to the labor market, knowing firsthand how they are, what they study, what their skills, their attitudes.
In fact, they will be able not only to collect CVs from students and alumni, but also to conduct interviews or other selection tests, during the Forum or at the end of it, using the facilities of the Faculty.
The cost of participation as an exhibitor is limited to cover basic organizational expenses, which amounts to 550 € (+ VAT) (there is also the option to participate as a sponsor; see dossier). The Faculty of Economics will host the first Research+Cash Technology Transfer Conference on December 17 and 18. The conference will be presented by Prof. Dr. Valentin Navarro, Director of the Department of Corporate Finance and Prof. Dr. Irene Comeig, professor of Corporate Finance at the UV and principal investigator of the R+Cash Lab.
With this conference the organization wants to present the R+Cash Lab, a laboratory for financial economic analysis of research results from universities. The conference will be structured in two phases. The first one where former students of the Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance will present their final works consisting of financial valuations of UV research results, as well as the company YULAVA, a sports team management application created by UV students. During the second phase, the R+Cash Lab team wants to generate a market between companies, entrepreneurs and researchers interested in incorporating their results to the innovative business fabric through personalized interviews to facilitate the exchange of information.
